What are the delivery option?

We do provide shipping to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. Other countries subject to availability. You may contact our customer service or reach us on IG for more. 

How long will my order take to be mailed out?

For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 1-3 working days after your payment being verified.  Preorder will be mailed around 3-4 weeks after your order placed. Delivery proceeds during working days, Monday to Thursday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

For order consists of preorder & ready stock items, we assume that customers are willing to wait till the preorder items arrive then only post out.  Otherwise, please make a separate order if you want to post out the ready stock items first (Postage would be charged twice).

**If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

How long will the parcel reach me?

Where can I find my tracking number?

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped, or you may find your tracking number in your Order History by login into your website account.

What is the shipping cost?

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping location. Below are the rates for your reference:

**In case of parcel bounced back due to unsuccessful delivery attempt, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by customer for requesting a new delivery attempt.

Is there any FREE SHIPPING provided?

Yes. There's FREE SHIPPING service provided for WM, EM & SG. But also, take note if there is any promo / discount on the free shipping services, we will announce on the banner on top of the website beforehand. Normal rate kindly refer as below:

Do you ship internationally and what is the shipping cost? 

We do ship internationally!  Feel free to contact us on FB page / dm IG customer service for the shipping charges.

Will I be charged on import duty?

For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge /import duty.  Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country but this is totally beyond our control.  The courier service provider will get in touch with you if there is any duty /taxes to be paid.

What happen if my parcel is bounced back?

Cost of re-delivery charged for bounced parcel will be borne by customer.  Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 60 days (2 months) grace period will be forfeited and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully.  All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5-7 working days.

Can I do pick up?

Yes, you may do pick up or arrange grab / lalamove with us if you are urgent. Kindly send us a DM on IG to arrange COD and do put a remark when you place order by stating: COD, [self pick-up / grab / lalamove] , [date] , [time]

Our operation hour is from Monday to Friday 10am-5pm. If you cant make it on weekdays, you may notify assistant and arrange with IDS Founder, Pinky on weekends, subject to availability. *request prior notice*
